We had an issue with our boiler which caused issues in our flat. The maintenance team were excellent and came incredibly quickly to sort it out for us. The team at smart investments were excellent and helped us to find temporary accomadation straight away as well and we are incredibly thankful for their honesty, transparency and due diligence. Francesca was amazing at sorting everything out for us as well. Overall they have been the most helpful landlords and agency we have had.

Billy, Bradley and Francesca have been so helpful with helping me with renting somewhere. Such a quick and smooth process, the agent also supports with getting your utilities set up which is a massive bonus. Collecting the keys is completely hassle free, and I even received a welcome gift box which is such a lovely and personal touch!!
